Customer Service Representative Polish-English-Russian

Customer Service Representative is responsible for creation customer centric team culture that supports corporate strategy and focuses on providing the highest quality of customer service

1. Develop a strategic customer mission and training program
2. Evaluate customer service in company environment, and set company performance standards
3. Manage calls: process missed, lead/customers call and process tickets
4. Assist users and answer questions
5. Support applications:

Stay up-to-date with application updates
Navigate the team through new features in the app

Reproduce bugs

Test new features before deploy

Create documentation

Customer Service Representative must have natural diplomatic skills, tact, and patience to deal with all kinds of situations or customers. The good news is that we have many happy customers!

1. Must have over 1-year experience in IT company
2. Must be fluent in Polish, English and Russian
3. Strong ability to teach, engage and lead in remote environment
4. Can design practices, processes, and procedures which allow training from a distance
5. Able to provide clear and unbiased feedback
6. Ability to lay out work in a well-planned and organized manner
7. Know computers, networks, and CRM software
8. Good at learning new industry, product, or technical knowledge
9. Updates procedures in a timely manner
10. Be flexible with schedule
11. University degree is recommended but is not necessary
