About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution, proactive communication, and a consistently high-quality experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and timely communication
- Partner with internal teams (recruitment, operations, and leadership) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams to expand services
- Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Lead contract renewals and support negotiations, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, updates, and presentations
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage account budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance and align on future strategies
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team performance and development
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Experience in account management, client success, or a related field (preferably in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
