Role Overview:
- Position: Customer Success Analyst
- Location: South America (Remote)
- You'll be the primary client contact, ensuring customers realize full value from the Distro platform.
- Role requires speed, critical thinking, empathy, and precise communication.
- Perfect English fluency is required to support a global client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts as a trusted advisor.
- Drive customer retention and uncover opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Guide clients through technical onboarding and integration of Distro into their HR tech stack.
- Anticipate and solve client issues proactively to maintain excellent user experience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, supporting clients through platform updates and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to convert customer feedback into platform enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Experience in HR technology, recruitment, or staffing is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hiring workflows.
- Exceptional English skills, capable of leading meetings and drafting complex documents.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot software and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Highly organized, able to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
- Work with a high-performing team in a remote-first culture valuing clean systems and human-centered communication.
- Play a key role in scaling a platform transforming the hiring process for companies.
