Hirefinity

Hirefinity is a UK technology recruitment and talent solutions partner focused primarily on Test and Quality Engineering, data, and technology leadership. The company reports more than 350 successful placements across the UK and supports employers through permanent, contract, and retained recruitment services. Its contractor division supports statement-of-work, margin-only, Inside IR35, and fixed-cost arrangements, with 17 years of recruitment experience informing the service.

Hirefinity emphasizes a quality-first approach built on respect, trust, and partnership. Rather than focusing on application volume, the company targets a small number of relevant candidates for each vacancy; in 2026, it reported making a placement from an average of only 2.8 candidate submissions per vacancy. Founded by technology recruiter Matt Drinkwater, Hirefinity also operates as a community-focused talent partner, sharing hiring insights, hosting community events, and helping technology professionals explore permanent and contract opportunities.
