ποΈ Long-Form & Short-Form Video Editing
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, interviews, and branded storytelling content with attention to pacing and narrative flow.
- Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) optimized for retention and engagement.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips for different platforms.
- Design and test thumbnails that increase video click-through rates and align with brand aesthetics.
- Maintain a cohesive visual style across all content formats.
π¨ Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancements(Bonus)
- Add light motion graphics, text callouts, and transitions to enhance storytelling.
- Create animated assets or templates for recurring series and brand visuals.
- Incorporate motion and sound design to keep content dynamic and engaging.

- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to align creative direction and messaging.

β Who You Are
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience across both long-form and short-form formats.
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, audience retention, and platform algorithms.
- Skilled in short-form storytelling β crafting attention-grabbing hooks and fast-paced edits.
- Strong creative instincts and attention to pacing, tone, and visual rhythm.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, open to feedback, and highly self-motivated.
Bonus Points
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or sound design.
