We’re looking for an Automation Developer (UI Path) who can build, deploy, and optimize automation workflows that eliminate manual work and strengthen operational efficiency. You’ll work across teams to understand business processes, translate them into clear automation logic, and implement reliable solutions using UI Path and supporting tools.

If you enjoy solving operational bottlenecks, designing scalable automations, and working in fast-moving environments where ownership matters, this role will feel like home.

Why You’ll Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
  • Observance of Holidays (based on your location)
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams
  • Help build systems and automations that scale across the entire organization

What You’ll Work On

Automation Development

  • Build, test, and deploy UI Path workflows across multiple business functions
  • Translate process maps and requirements into structured automation logic
  • Optimize existing automations for speed, stability, and error handling
  • Develop reusable components, templates, and frameworks to accelerate development

Process Analysis and Scoping

  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand workflows
  • Document current-state processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Recommend improvements that streamline operations or reduce manual work

System Integration and Testing

  • Integrate UI Path automations with APIs, CRMs, databases, internal tools, and third-party platforms
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and validation before deployment
  • Troubleshoot issues and maintain monitoring systems for live automations

Documentation and Governance

  • Maintain clean, up-to-date documentation for workflows, logic, and dependencies
  • Establish and enforce best practices for automation development
  • Track updates, versioning, and compliance requirements across automations

What You Bring

  • 3 or more years of experience in automation development, RPA engineering, or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in UI Path, including workflow development, Orchestrator, selectors, and debugging
  • Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and external platforms
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design
  • Ability to manage multiple automation projects with clear communication and ownership
  • Comfortable working independently and solving ambiguous technical problems

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, or SQL
  • Background in process automation for operations, finance, or customer support
  • Exposure to other RPA tools or workflow automation platforms
  • Experience creating SOPs, documentation, or automation libraries

How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and walking through an automation you’ve built
  3. GitHub links, process docs, or examples of UI Path workflows (screenshots or descriptions are fine)

Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and a Loom video will be considered.
