Lead Data Analyst – Driving Strategy Through Data

Location: Remote

Are you a data-driven leader who thrives on turning insights into action? We’re seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide our data analytics practice and deliver high-impact insights that fuel strategic growth across the business.

As a senior member of the Analytics team, you’ll not only dive deep into datasets but also shape our overall data strategy. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—from marketing to product to operations—to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and influence decision-making at the highest level. You’ll also mentor and coach a team of analysts to help them grow their technical and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models
Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling
Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
Strong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling
Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Proven track record of leading projects and teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders

AWS, GCP, or Azure
Kafka or Spark (advantageous)
