As a Manager Channel SE for Central Europe, you will communicate direction to the team, manage the presales motion towards growth and increased profitability, and engage partner executives and technical experts to understand their and customers' business context. You will also support early-stage opportunities, partner with BU leaders and key stakeholders to maximize cross-HPE team efficiency and customer success, and establish partner enablement procedures for HPE Networking.
Requirements
- University or Master's degree preferred
- +10 years of working experience in an IT Networking presales environment
- Experience in direct or indirect people management/leadership
- Demonstrated excellence in technical sales with HPE Networking Certifications
- Technical knowledge of HPE Networking product offerings
- Channel focus and experience preferred
- Ability to develop, mentor, inspire, and motivate people and create a winning team
- Dynamic character challenging status quo and fostering a creative mindset within a group
- Excellent communication skills to navigate in a complex matrix organization
- High level of responsibility and confidence
- Business fluency in German and English language
