US Manager, Software Conversions

The US Manager, Software Conversions will manage the Data Conversion teams to ensure successful client software conversions and implement data conversion best practices. The role will involve driving improvement projects, improving customer experience, coaching and training supervisors, and monitoring department statistical reports.
