Aufgaben

Als Customer Success Manager bist du zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden - von der Implementierung bis zur erfolgreichen Nutzung unserer Software.

Du arbeitest eng mit Finance-Teams zusammen und hilfst ihnen, Excel-basierte Prozesse durch moderne, skalierbare Controlling- und Planungslösungen zu ersetzen.

  • Verantwortung für das Onboarding und die Implementierung neuer Kunden
  • Durchführung von Implementierungs-Calls, Workshops und Produktschulungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Finanz- und Controllingprozessen
  • Beratung von Finance-Teams bei der Einführung unserer Software
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product und Engineering zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform

Qualifikation

  • Background in Accounting, Controlling, Steuerberatung oder Finance Operations
  • Erfahrung mit DATEV oder ähnlichen Systemen sowie Interesse an Finanzsoftware und Digitalisierung
  • Strukturierte und sehr organisierte Arbeitsweise - du behältst auch bei vielen Themen den Überblick
  • Analytisches Denken und hohe Detailgenauigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
