Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in graphic design
- Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and direct response creative
- Experience developing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, CTV, and Snap
- Ability to balance speed with a high level of craft and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
