About Hello Inside
We don’t just track glucose; we help women listen to their bodies. Hello Inside is a TIME-recognized health tech company combining continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) with AI-driven insights. We are rewriting the narrative on PMS, PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause—moving women from "diet culture" to "body literacy."
As we expand rapidly in the US and DACH, backed by strategic partnerships with Garmin, FLO Living, and Clue, we are looking for a storyteller who can turn complex metabolic science into "aha moments."
The Role
We are looking for a Performance Content Creator who knows that the best content doesn't just stop the scroll—it starts a realization. You will own the end-to-end content engine for our DACH and US markets. Your job is to take high-level science and translate it into accessible, empathetic, and high-converting stories. You operate at the intersection of Empathy (organic storytelling) and Growth (data-driven iteration).
This is a high-ownership role for a builder who loves creating, testing, and proving that "brand love" and "performance marketing" aren't opposites—they are partners.
Your Mission
Turn Science into Signal: Transform clinical insights into relatable, "zero shame" Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Carousels).
Build the Visual & Verbal Pulse: Shape the Hello Inside identity across two markets, ensuring we sound like a wise friend, not a textbook.
Fuel the Growth Engine: Build a content system where organic engagement validates concepts that scale into our paid acquisition channels.
Bridge the Gap: Create content that resonates equally with a user in Berlin (DACH) and a user in New York (US).
your responsibilities
1. Crafting the Narrative (70% - Creation & Production)
Create & Manage: Produce high-performing assets across Instagram, Email (Klaviyo), Paid Ads, and Web. You are hands-on with the tools.
Translate & Localize: You aren't just translating words; you are translating culture. You ensure our message lands with impact in both German and English-speaking markets.
Own the Calendar: Coordinate the cross-market content flow, aligning with product launches (like our January "New Year, No New Plan" campaign ) and seasonal peaks.
Guard the Tone: Maintain our "Science-Informed, Empathetic" voice. You ensure we never sound judgmental, only helpful.
2. Decoding the Data (30% - Optimization & Analytics)
Test & Iterate: You don’t guess; you know. You track what drives follows, shares, and conversions, and you pivot quickly based on the numbers.
Feed the Funnel: You identify organic winners and repackage them for the paid performance team to scale.
Report on Reality: Provide actionable insights, not just vanity metrics. You tell us why a post worked and how to replicate it.
which skills do you need?
- Bilingual Superpower:Excellent German AND English copywriting skills (Native/Fluent in both is non-negotiable).
Experience: 3-5 years in social media content creation, ideally in Health/Wellness, FemTech, or DTC.
The "Eye": A strong portfolio of Reels/content that proves you understand pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling.
The Stack: Hands-on mastery of Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram Analytics.
Data Literacy: You are confident interpreting data and translating it into creative decisions.
The Vibe: Genuine passion for Women’s Health, hormones, and metabolism. You understand why "Calories In, Calories Out" is an outdated conversation.
why you will enjoy working with us
Work on the Signal, Not the Noise: Join the team recognized by TIME for cutting through the diet culture clutter with real science.
Be Your Own Best Case Study: You don’t just work on the product; you live it. Get full access to our sensors and coaching to understand your own body’s unique language.
Autonomy over Face Time: We trust your signals, too. Work from where you flow best (Remote; within CET ±2h) and manage your own rhythm.
Close the Gender Data Gap: You aren't just "driving growth"; you are putting metabolic health into the hands of women who have been ignored by the healthcare system for too long.
Small Ego, Big Impact: Join a lean, empathetic team where your ideas don't get lost in a suggestion box—they get launched.
how to apply
We don’t want a generic cover letter. Send your CV and:
3-5 Examples of social content you’ve created (with context on why it performed well).
A Brief Note: Tell us about a time you had to manage content production across different teams or markets.
The "Why": Why does women's metabolic health matter to you personally?
