Who are Heidi?

Heidi is on a mission to halve the time it takes to deliver world-class care.

We believe that by 2050, every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burdens and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world.

Built for clinicians, by clinicians, at the core of Heidi is its people. We are an eclectic bunch of inventors, builders, scientists, nurses, doctors, mathematicians, designers, creatives, and high-agency executors.

We achieve in 6 months what it takes our competitors 4 years to do. In just 12 months, 20 million patient consults were supported by Heidi, and we’re now powering more than 1 million consults every week.

With our most recent $16.6MM round of funding from leading VC firms, we’re geared up to supercharge our ambitious global growth, starting with the US, Canada, UK and Europe - and we need great people like you to get there. Ready for the challenge?

  • A love for solving real, gritty problems with elegant technical solutions

  • Excellent communication skills - you can talk to clinicians, IT admins, and engineers without missing a beat

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of common healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)

  • Previous experience in working with EMIS and/or SystemOne in the UK NHS system

  • Knowledge of Python programming

  • Hands-on experience building RPA solutions. You’ve written automations that interact with desktop applications and navigate complex UIs

At Heidi Health, we are reshaping the landscape of clinical documentation through advanced artificial intelligence. Our AI medical scribe is designed to alleviate the administrative burdens that doctors face, allowing them to concentrate on what truly matters: their patients. Clinicians often spend a significant portion of their time on non-clinical tasks, and we aim to reverse that trend. By automating note-taking, invoice processing, and other repetitive tasks, Heidi enables healthcare providers to enhance their efficiency, offering a pathway to improved patient engagement and satisfaction.

With Heidi, the focus is on delivering tailored solutions for various medical practices. Our AI is capable of adjusting to the specific requirements of diverse specialties, from general practitioners to specialized fields like pediatrics and cardiology. Built on rigorous training using real-world scenarios, Heidi ensures that medical professionals can depend on its accuracy and reliability. Moreover, we adhere stringently to HIPAA and GDPR compliance, ensuring that patient information remains confidential and secure. By integrating Heidi into their workflows, clinicians are not only enhancing their productivity but also reclaiming their time, which can be better spent on patient care rather than on administrative tasks.
