Software Development Manager

We are HCSS, a pioneer and leader in the construction software space, looking for a Software Development Manager to lead the HeavyJob team and coach a group of 8-10 people. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Web Development and 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Web Development
• 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating technical challenges and opportunities for improvement
