Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product verification and quality assurance of Cincom’s state-of-the-art Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solution.
  • Prepare and maintain test environments for execution of test scenarios.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.
  • Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure existing functionality remains stable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing feature test plans and manual test cases.
  • Experience with Windows-based systems.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Ranorex).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
  • Experience using Postman for API testing.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
