We are looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to equip our sales organization with the resources, tools, and training required to sell effectively, increasing predictable sales results by orchestrating consistent, scalable services aligned to the Hawk customer’s buying path.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, ideally at a B2B SaaS organization
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation capabilities
- An aptitude for AI and innovation
- Hands-on builder mindset
- Results-Focused: A love for setting goals and achieving them
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to monitor deal and engagement data and spot opportunities for content, training and other programs that improve sales effectiveness and conversion
