This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. The Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Brand Design Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of brand identity. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with Harley-Davidson’s brand values and resonates with our diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visually compelling design solutions for a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and environmental graphics.
- Collaborate with the Brand Design Team to create and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.
- Design marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
- Assist in the development of product packaging, in-store displays, and merchandising materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of design work.
- Contribute to photography, illustration and CGI asset art direction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field preferred
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in graphic design and within a branding or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle culture is a plus.
Location:
This is a remote position, providing flexibility for the candidate to work from any location within the US, provided adequate internet service is available. Frequent collaboration and meetings with the team and Associate Creative Director are required throughout the workday.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
