Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java and a solid understanding of backend development. You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain scalable backend solutions that power our healthcare management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of backend designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and design patterns.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Proficient in version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare protocols such as X12, HL7, etc.
• Experience with other backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, and Go.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range

Competitive salary and benefits – $150–180k/year.
