The role requires a strong understanding of flight training operations and aircraft acquisition cycles, as well as experience managing complex sales processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in aviation or aerospace sales
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience working with flight schools, training organizations, or aircraft operators
- Strong understanding of flight training operations and aircraft acquisition cycles
- Experience managing long and complex sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or aviation/engineering degree is a plus
- Pilot license or operational aviation experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial, comfortable operating independently
- Willingness to travel frequently across the United States and Canada
- Fluent in English
