Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 8+ years in quality management, supply chain, or related fields in increasingly senior roles
- Demonstrated experience integrating quality management systems with supply chain operations and business objectives
- Strong project and time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent writing, presentation, and data visualization skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences
- Proven ability to engage and advise senior business and supply chain executives, including CSCOs and heads of quality
- Ability to represent Gartner's research methodology and strategies effectively at all levels
- Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team
- Learning agile and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments
