Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience
- Experience in digital workplace strategy and design
- Endpoint management and security concepts
- Digital employee experience, monitoring and productivity, business communications
- Experience as the Head of Infrastructure and IT Operations at an organization
- Executive presence and credibility with executives and additional stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent research and writing ability
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data and draw conclusions
- Subject matter expertise and comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Learning agility and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments
