This role is responsible for managing member relationships, creating service solutions, and defining innovative solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a senior Sourcing, VM, Procurement or IT Finance role, or 5+ years in other SVM or Procurement area. A university graduate with a Masters preferred, and high tolerance/evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations.

- Manage 25-30 member relationships
- Assist members to achieve their Mission Critical Priorities
- Leverage subject matter expertise to create service solutions
- Define and deliver innovative solutions
- Conduct on-site briefings for clients
- Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle
- Responsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region
- Host and/or participate in periodic onsite member activities
