Contract Lifecycle Management & Technology Expert (Sr. Director Analyst, Remote

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director Analyst to lead insights on contracts management and CLM technologies for General Counsel, legal operations leaders, and other legal and compliance leaders.

Requirements

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights for clients related to contracts management process design and management
• Remain ahead of the curve on trends and developments by understanding the broader technology and services market and ecosystem related to CLM
• Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s challenges and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward
• Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients and vendors with actionable insights
• Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice related to contracts management and CLM technologies via virtual or face-to-face interactions
• Provide sales support, serving as the voice of the market to help research teams create content and to drive engagement with clients to make progress against their critical priorities to grow their business
• Actively participate in innovation & ideation discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the insights community
• Identify research process improvements or develop new processes that help the team and the practice provide excellent service delivery
• Being a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members
• Create and deliver high-value presentation materials (either in-person or virtual) for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings
