Develop and execute the long-term commercial strategy for the company's full product portfolio, maintaining effective, long-term strategic relationships with institutions, and managing the inclusion of GSK products on formularies, creating demand for the organization's products, and maintaining high-level relationships with customers while identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Building solid relationship networks with payers and administrative staff in the relevant functional areas of the institution under your responsibility, in order to present the GSK portfolio solutions.
- Developing strategies for the public channel to maximize the presence of GSK brands and generate sales and maintain profitability.
- Collaboration with the sales, medical and government accounts access teams and other GSK stakeholders to ensure the availability of tools that enable timely commercial continuity with our government accounts.
- Collaborating closely with business unit directors in planning sales objectives and accurate monthly forecasts, trying to mitigate as far as possible any forecasting bias.
- Presenting online point reports.
- Responsible for aligning strategies and action plans with GSK internal teams to achieve government accounts sales objectives.
- Providing key information on institutional changes, budget availability, and competitive threats within the accounts under your responsibility.
