Who Will You Work With?

You will work closely with the executive team, Keyur (CEO) and Aditi (COO), supporting them in managing communication, priorities, and day-to-day operations.

What Will You Do?

  • Responding to emails, LinkedIn messages, and managing executive communication

  • Building a lead pipeline and assisting in the sales process

  • Helping create pitch decks and presentations

  • Planning travel itineraries and managing logistics

  • Developing internal systems and processes for ongoing and upcoming projects

  • Scheduling and managing appointments

  • Managing the executives’ calendar and to-do lists

  • Assisting with company-specific administrative and operational work

  • Conducting hiring rounds and screening applicants

  • Conducting market research when required

What Outcomes Will We Expect?

Hiring Support

Help manage the hiring process by screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Organized Executive Communication

Ensure emails, LinkedIn messages, and other executive communication are responded to promptly and professionally.

Calendar & Priority Management

Keep the executives’ calendar, meetings, and priorities well organized so their time is used effectively.

Operational Efficiency

Develop and improve internal systems, documentation, and workflows to make ongoing projects run smoothly.

Administrative Support

Handle travel planning, scheduling, research, and operational tasks so the leadership team can focus on high-impact work.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in verbal and written English

  • Strong research and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Drive, Gmail, and task management software

  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Airtable, Notion, Asana, or similar software

  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail

  • Drive to understand business operations and contribute wherever needed

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant, Operations Associate, or Administrative Coordinator

  • Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools

  • Comfort with presentation tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint

Location

We’re fully remote! Work from wherever you prefer. This could be a coffee shop near you, your home, or even a beach in Goa. The only requirement is a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for meetings.

Compensation

Month 1 (Pilot): ₹30,000

From Month 2 (Full-Time): ₹50,000

If your performance is satisfactory after the first month, you will move to full-time mode. We conduct performance reviews every six months, with raises based on performance. In the past two years, every review cycle has ended with a raise. We’re hoping to keep the streak alive.
