Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven success in inbound and outbound sales
- Strong inbound and outbound experience
- Ability to manage high call volume per day (minimum of 70 calls a day)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a friendly, customer-centric attitude
- Adaptable and responsive to changing schedules and business needs
- Fully remote-ready: reliable internet, a dependable computer setup, and a professional-grade headset
