Estimator

Estimator is sought after to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for assigned scopes of work. Ideal candidate has significant estimating experience in heavy civil, mission critical, or utility construction.

Requirements

• Prepare complete quantity take-offs, analysis, and estimates for assigned scopes of work.
• Develop detailed estimates for trades, building systems, and overall project costs.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor proposals, ensuring scope coverage and minimizing risk.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align estimates with project execution.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Estimators, Estimating Assistants, and/or Interns as assigned.
