Recruitment Sourcer

We are looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Sourcer to identify and engage top talent globally, focusing on end-to-end sourcing strategy, market mapping, and talent research. The role involves sourcing high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques, partnering with recruiters, and delivering global sourcing coverage across UK, UAE, US, and India markets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing / talent research (not full-cycle recruiting)
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
• Proven ability to manage 10+ roles simultaneously
• Hands-on experience in market mapping and talent intelligence
• Experience sourcing across UK, UAE, US, and India
• Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
