We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative with a strong background in software, SaaS, or AI solutions sales. As a Sales Development Representative at Graphiant, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across enterprise IT, cloud, and AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound prospecting within SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong ability to engage technical and business buyers in conversations around digital transformation, AI enablement, and application performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate modern cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven solution value propositions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
