Team Lead (CAD / 3D / Creative Tools)

We are seeking a Team Lead (Technical / Creative Production) to manage a distributed team of 45 specialists working across 15+ software platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership experience with a practical understanding of creative/CAD production workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical or creative production teams
• Proven experience leading large teams (40+ specialists/trainers) in a structured delivery environment
• Strong project management skills (task allocation, tracking, reporting)
• Experience working with CAD, 3D modeling, animation, video, or similar domains
• Working knowledge of parametric modeling, non-destructive workflows, and native file structures
• Experience implementing quality control processes and performance tracking systems
• Strong documentation, process design, and operational management skills
• Ability to manage large teams in deadline-driven environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
