LLM Agent Trainer - Swedish - 20-40h/week

Gramian Consultancy is seeking a Swedish-speaking LLM Agent Trainer for a fast-growing healthcare AI startup. The role involves designing multi-turn conversations using apps to train a large language model, simulating user and assistant interactions, and ensuring high-quality, realistic datasets for fine-tuning and evaluation. The position is fully remote with 100% client support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field
• Native, bilingual or professional level of Swedish
• Experience in any programming language or tech stack
• Strong general technical reasoning skills
• Ability to model real-world assistant behavior with API and data skills
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Creativity and attention to detail
