Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $61,000.00 to $101,600.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details:

Manage and execute Content Deployment that includes but is not limited to Pricing, Product Data and Specifications across various departments integrating cross-functional resources to achieve accurate and on-time deployment of updated customer price files at least 3 times per year. Exhibits an understanding of the sales process and successful utilization of probing questions to understand customer needs and effectively communicate solutions that meet demand.

This role supports both GUS and AGI customer content deployment, ~175 customers. This is a Remote role that will be reporting to the Mgr, Pricing Execution.

You Will:

  • Work cross-functionally with Ecommerce Solutions Managers, Commitment Management, Field Sales and Sales Leadership and Project Planners to deliver content on time and with quality in accordance with service goals and deliverables.

  • Facilitate and integrate the work of the various team members directly or indirectly impacting Content Deployment like CSP renewals, category discount refresh and customer discount structure management.

  • Continuous process improvements to reduce Content cycle time and to deliver accurate content files on or before the price effective date of the content file.

  • Perform quality checks on content files for accuracy, and implement file recreation process when quality check fails.

  • Work to reduce number of content customers that have invoicing problems or price overwrites as a direct result of incorrect content files.

  • Manage the expectations of all stakeholders as it relates to content file deployment.

  • Ensure that the Content goals and objectives are met.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access with the ability to document technical requirements for databases and other system tools is a must.

  • Intermediate to advanced SQL, Snowflake prefered.

  • Knowledge of eProcurement platforms (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is beneficial.

  • Project Management expertise.

  • Strong leadership skills and problem solving capabilities.

  • Ability to identify and engage internal resources across various departments.

  • Effective relationship building skills with internal and external business partners.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and execute communication plans.

  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously

  • Strong ability to drive results.

  • Continuously looks for opportunities to improve current processes and procedures.
