At Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that allows all companies to participate in the global market. We empower high-performing teams at brands like InDrive, McDonald's, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API. We are looking for a Key Account Manager who is ready to own some of Yuno's most strategic client relationships and turn them into long-term, high-impact partnerships.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management, with international clients in payments or tech
- Strong ability to manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — written and verbal
- Strategic thinker who can structure complex client situations into clear action plans
- High ownership mindset: you follow through, you close loops, you take responsibility
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities can shift quickly
