For our growing organization, we are urgently looking for an English-speaking Data Entry Executive. As Data Entry Executive, you will be responsible for entering data from various sources into the company database and should be able to efficiently manage a large amount of information.
You will be responsible for entering data from various sources into the company database and should be able to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry;
- Entering data into the company database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted;
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents;
- Update existing data;
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents;
Profile:
- Full proficiency in English;
- Prior experience in data entry;
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation;
- Attention to detail;
- Familiarity with administrative duties;
