Better Sleep is dedicated to helping individuals overcome insomnia and improve their overall wellbeing through evidence-based, compassionate care. We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold standard treatment for sleep difficulties, and were looking for a licensed professional to join our growing team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a valid Texas license to provide part-time therapeutic services focused on CBT-I. The ideal candidate is passionate about sleep health, experienced in delivering structured therapy, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver CBT-I sessions to clients via telehealth platforms.
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Collaborate with clients to build sustainable sleep habits and improve quality of life.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development as needed.
Qualifications
Active Texas license as an LCSW or LPC (required).
Specialized training or experience in CBT-I (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and client-centered care.
