ABOUT GMR MARKETING
We are the Experience Agency Making Unforgettable Stories Born of Humanity
NOT JUST EXPERIENTIAL. EXPERIENCE.
The lines have blurred. People live in the physical, digital, and social worlds all at once, and your brand experiences should do the same.
NOT JUST TELLING. MAKING.
The best stories are lived, not heard. Make an immersive world for people to explore so they can experience something they’ll never forget.
NOT JUST CONSUMERS. HUMANS.
It all starts with the human. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people.
GMR is looking for a motivated project management professional to join our growing team supporting brand partnership projects—helping bring sponsor, sports, entertainment, and cultural collaborations to life through best-in-class planning and execution.
In this role, you will support end-to-end project management for partnership initiatives—from initial scoping and alignment through activation and wrap. You’ll also be in a client-facing role, partnering directly with brand and property stakeholders to build trusted relationships, facilitate alignment, and help drive decisions forward. You will help keep work on time, on budget, and aligned to partnership objectives by coordinating cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, production, legal, finance, and account), tracking deliverables and approvals, and maintaining clear documentation across all phases.
You will thrive in this role if you are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholder groups, timelines, and approval paths. This position supports a fast-moving tech brand, so flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences are key. Experience supporting brand partnerships, sponsorship activations, integrated campaigns, or experiential programs—along with a solid foundation in project management best practices—is a strong plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Partnership Program Support. You’ll help manage workstreams across brand partnership engagements, supporting planning, scoping, estimating, and activation readiness in close partnership with internal teams and client/partner stakeholders. You’ll keep projects operationally sound by maintaining clear communication, role alignment, and proactive risk awareness across all parties.
- Financial Acumen. You’ll support partnership budget tracking and financial reporting by monitoring estimates and spend, flagging variances, and facilitating finance check-ins. You’ll help ensure costs align to SOWs and that billing inputs and timing are coordinated with account and finance teams.
- Project Management. You’ll support partnership projects through planning and execution, helping keep timelines, scopes, and budgets on track. This includes managing day-to-day workflows, status updates, and change requests; tracking key deliverables and approval milestones; and flagging risks or roadblocks as they arise. You’ll assist with estimates and SOWs using input from subject matter experts and help maintain clear documentation for partner-facing assets, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Team Collaboration & Support. You’ll help lead the internal cross-functional team to keep work organized, connected, and moving forward—especially across a distributed, multi-time-zone group. You’ll facilitate clear day-to-day communication (status, next steps, owners, timing), coordinate stakeholder inputs and approvals across agency teams, clients, and external partners, and help remove blockers so teams can stay on track. You’ll support colleagues by sharing knowledge, offering guidance when needed, and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
- Dynamic Mindset. You’re a natural problem-solver who takes initiative, stays organized, and adapts quickly when partner priorities, approvals, or timelines shift. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to keep work moving without losing sight of details like deliverable requirements and dependencies. You’re willing to do what it takes to deliver results and support team success.
The annual range for this role varies between $65,000- $75,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
