The Program Manager-East Africa will play a key role in ensuring the effective coordination, alignment, and day-to-day management of GWC's regional portfolio. This role will serve as a trusted interface with partners and stakeholders in the region, while maintaining strong alignment with GWC's global teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the international development sector.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders, and to think strategically.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
