Responsibilities
- Responsible for application support, maintenance, documentation, testing, and validation as directed to ensure high availability
- Analyze code components, debugs, maintains and implements projects
- Works closely with end users to understand business needs
- Provides issue remediation and testing support across supported applications
- Assist Support Team members with day to day Technical issue resolution and enhancement requests.
- Applies a basic understanding of procedures, methodology, and application standards to include Payment Card Industry (PCI) security compliance
- Ensures development and implementation of solutions that follow product development guidelines and are in line with established design standards
- Resolves or escalates issues as appropriate
- Support and establish communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participate in code reviews and application tuning activities
- Maintain SOX Audit and application control/integrity requirements and SDLC/compliance
- Work with Oracle through their support portal.
