Glance AI is a consumer technology company operating a digital platform that shapes the next wave of e-commerce. The company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations to work at the center of the Global Marketing team, supporting priority markets in the US and Japan.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting (Tier-1 or equivalent)
• 4-6 years of total professional experience across strategy, consulting, business operations, or marketing strategy; consumer tech preferred
• Strong analytical capability, including experience building financial models and evaluating ROI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver structured, clear, and persuasive recommendations
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• MBA or equivalent from a strong institution preferred
