Hotel Regional Director of Sales - Remote (Canada)

We are seeking a Hotel Regional Director of Sales to provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for 6 multi-branded hotels across Canada and/or the USA. The role involves creating a sales-focused culture, driving ROI for hotel partners, and developing and nurturing a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• 3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel
• 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred
• Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members
• General hotel operations knowledge
