We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to support our expanding team at GigaBrands. In this role, you will work closely with company directors and managers, taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles
- Experience working with e-commerce organisations
- Proven ability to source, assess, and hire candidates across multiple functions
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and managers
- Proactive, “get-things-done” mindset with a sense of urgency
- Knowleagable about HR systems, ATS platforms, and employee documentation processes
