We are seeking a Mystra Customer Success Associate to bridge the gap between complex genomic science and commercial growth. In this role, you will focus on three main objectives: working with commercial teams, ensuring that subscribing clients derive maximum value from Mystra, and ensuring that Mystra's functionality and data continue to meet the evolving needs of the market.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of statistical genetics and genomic data.
- Ability to talk through complex technical concepts, with both technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
