We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month maximum term contract, supporting end-to-end recruitment for both clinical and corporate functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-house talent acquisition or strategic sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced or growth environment.
- Strong direct sourcing capability using multi-channel techniques.
- Confidence managing high recruitment volumes and competing priorities.
- Solid understanding of local labour markets and sourcing channels.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience using Workday (highly desired, not essential)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Visa process associated with new hires.
- Sound knowledge of recruitment legislation, policy and best practice.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a remote team environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable).
