Market Leadership: Define and evolve competitive ACIS solution scope that captures strategic opportunities and outperforms competition
Performance Excellence: Enable regions to achieve higher win rates and flawless execution on large, complex and strategic deals worth hundreds of millions
Speed to Market: Accelerate solution development and deployment through standardized reference solutions and proven methodologies
Risk Mitigation: Reduce execution and technical risks on strategic projects through structured governance and best practices
Global Impact: Coordinate cross-regional initiatives and resource optimization to maximize business value
Required Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in EPC, energy infrastructure or complex solutions businesses
Proven experience in solution scoping and portfolio governance
International matrix organization experience
