AI Enablement Developer

What You’ll Do:

• Write Code & Ship Agents: Build resilient AI Agents and backend scripts using Python and LangGraph.
• Master Data Parsing: Build sophisticated parsing agents to scrape, clean, and structure data from the web (lead enrichment, market intelligence). You know how to bypass anti-bot protections and handle unstructured HTML/JS.
• Orchestrate Complexity: Develop advanced workflows in n8n that include custom code nodes, error handling, and complex logic.
• Educate & Evangelize: Run internal workshops and hackathons. You will be the "AI Champion" who teaches other teams how to use AI for coding and automation.
• Integrate Everything: Connect platforms like HubSpot, Jira, Airtable, and Clay via APIs. You understand authentication, rate limits, and data consistency.
• Collaborate: Work with our Internal Business Analyst who provides clear specs (Mermaid/Markdown), so you focus on architecture and implementation.

Tech stack:

• Core Engineering: Strong Python and SQL skills. You know how to write clean, maintainable code.
• AI Development: You use Cursor or Claude Code daily. You know how to use LLMs to generate code, but you possess the expertise to review, debug, and optimize it.
• Scraping & Parsing: Experience with libraries like Beautiful Soup, Selenium, Playwright, or services like Apify/ScrapingBee.
• Orchestration: Deep knowledge of n8n (custom nodes, expressions).
• AI Frameworks: Experience with LangGraph (priority), LangChain, or direct LLM API usage.
• Tools: Git, basic SQL.

Not a fit if you

• Think "AI" means just chatting with ChatGPT. We need builders who integrate AI into code.
• Cannot write code from scratch. If you rely 100% on low-code tools without understanding the underlying logic, this role is too technical for you.
• Don't care about quality. "It works on my machine" or "the AI wrote it" are not valid excuses for bugs in production.

We are currently looking for AI Enablement Developer -adeveloper first, automation expert second. We don't need a "prompt engineer" or someone who only connects blocks in Zapier. We need a strong engineer (Python/SQL/API) who has mastered AI tools to multiply their output by 10x.

You will join the RevOps and AI Enablement team to build the internal "nervous system" of the company. Your job is to replace manual processes with resilient code and AI agents. You must understand how to write production-grade Python and how to use tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and LangGraph to ship features in hours, not days.
