Gator Bio is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across the DACH region, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and Slovenia, and to drive revenue growth in the life science research sector. The role involves achieving and exceeding sales targets, building relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in capital equipment sales within the life sciences sector.
Requirements
- BSc, MSc, or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of successful capital equipment sales experience within the life sciences sector.
- Experience with Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI) or Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technologies preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and capable of building relationships at all levels.
- Experience developing and executing territory sales plans with a long-term strategic focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Possession of clean driver's license.
