Technical Game Designer

As a Technical Game Designer, you will help bring engaging game worlds to life. Working closely with artists, designers, and engineers, you will transform greybox layouts and visual assets into polished, playable experiences. Your work will involve asset integration, converting 3D models into functional game ingredients, and ensuring these elements meet both gameplay and performance standards before reaching players.

We are looking for someone who can effectively manage multiple tasks, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and deliver consistent, reliable results.

Responsibilities:

• Create and integrate objects based on requests from Art, Narrative, and Animation teams, collaborating with integration and TGD team;
• Maintain and optimize integration processes to ensure production outputs meet high quality standards;
• Continuously evaluate game designs, features, and pipelines to identify risks and propose systemic improvements;
• Proactively identify and resolve issues during the design process, offering innovative and effective solutions;
• Contribute to best practices and training materials for design teams;
• Rigorously test changes to maintain a high level of quality;
• Investigate and resolve integration-related bugs.

• Passion for video games and game development;
• Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of accountability;
• Solid knowledge of game engines (Unity);
• Good communication skills and strong work ethic;
• Reliable and thorough in execution;
• Ukrainian — full working proficiency;
• English — full working proficiency.

Would be considered a plus:

• Experience in C# or visual scripting;
• Formal education or professional experience in game design or programming;
• Strong understanding of production phases.
