Crypto Payments Specialist

• Processing and execution of clients’ crypto requests, including funds conversion from fiat to crypto and execution to the dedicated wallet/account in collaboration with compliance, reconciliation and payment execution teams;
• Implement and manage processes of cryptocurrency transactions on behalf of the related parties within the company;
• Close communication and use with crypto liquidity providers, crypto exchanges and trading platforms;
• Currency risk mitigation via hedging instruments and platforms;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and security, to conduct in-depth investigations;
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into associated record-keeping tools, maintaining precise records for effective financial management;
• Ensure required liquidity levels are met on the daily basis in cross-team collaboration;
• Provide recommendations for mitigating risks and improving transaction monitoring processes;
• Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends related to crypto transaction monitoring;

• Proven experience in crypto transaction execution or a similar role within the financial or cryptocurrency industry;
• In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and various cryptocurrencies (would be an advantage);
• Familiarity with AML and KYC regulations and best practices (would be an advantage);
• Analytical and investigative skills, with high attention to detail;
• Excellent time management skills;
• High sense of personal accountability;
• Fluent in English and Russian.
