Technical Support Engineer (3pm - 12am)

We are looking for an IT Support person to join our team and assist us in solving technical problems, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Tasks:

• Providing user support for technical issues (remotely);
• Monitoring systems and responding to requests;
• Basic database administration;
• Cooperating with the technical team and escalating more complex incidents.

• Basic knowledge of databases;
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of Linux;
• Communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently;
• Good organization of work during night shifts.

• Full-time work;
• Remote work between 3 p.m. and 12 a.m.;
