Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in IT work
- At least 1 year of experience in a solutions architect role
- Broad knowledge of.NET
- Knowledge related to application and system architecture
- Experience with Azure cloud
- Proficient in English at C1 level
- High level of business awareness
- High levels of interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Open to business trips and client delegations
- Practically use at least one AI tool in daily work as a developer
- Open to an AI-assisted software development process
- High level of responsibility, ownership, and resilience
